style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"171\">The IrriSarri Land Bike Park is designed for enjoying mountain biking in a natural environment, which entails a risk that the customer assumes when hiring the activity. To ensure everyone&#8217;s safety, we ask that you respect the following rules:<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"173\" data-end=\"201\">Safety and Environment<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"202\" data-end=\"924\">\n<li data-start=\"202\" data-end=\"359\"><strong data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"229\">Natural surroundings.<\/strong> The Bike Park is located in a natural setting with native flora and fauna. Please respect the environment, trails, and animals.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"360\" data-end=\"602\"><strong data-start=\"362\" data-end=\"376\">Obstacles.<\/strong> The park undergoes regular maintenance, but branches, rocks, or other natural obstacles may be present. If you encounter dangerous obstacles during your descent, avoid them and inform Bike Park staff so they can be removed.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"690\"><strong data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"617\">Signage.<\/strong> Follow the park&#8217;s signage and the indicated directions of circulation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"807\"><strong data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"705\">Animals.<\/strong> If you encounter animals on the trails, do not disturb them and allow them to move away peacefully.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"924\"><strong data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"826\">Maintenance.<\/strong> Do not modify the circuits. Any changes must be carried out by authorized IrriSarri Land staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"956\">Equipment and Protection<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"957\" data-end=\"1229\">\n<li data-start=\"957\" data-end=\"1030\"><strong data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"984\">Mandatory protection.<\/strong> Wearing a helmet and knee pads is required.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1129\"><strong data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1060\">Recommended protection.<\/strong> It is advisable to use elbow pads, a chest protector, and goggles.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1229\"><strong data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1144\">Bicycle.<\/strong> The bike must be in perfect mechanical condition and suitable for downhill riding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1251\">Access and Age<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1580\">\n<li data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1488\"><strong data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1268\">Under 18s.<\/strong> Minors wishing to access the Bike Park must have a signed authorization from an adult:\n<ul data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1488\">\n<li data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1410\">As a responsible guardian during the activity.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1488\">To allow the minor to participate alone under their own responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1580\"><strong data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1520\">Dirt Park and Pump Track.<\/strong> The same age restrictions as the general Bike Park apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1597\">Insurance<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>If you\u2019ve hired your forfait WITH insurance<\/strong>. The insurance shall be in effect only on the day on which it is contracted, and may not be part of any event beyond the date. It includes coverage in the costs of the injured person for the use of the most suitable means of transport to follow the most appropriate treatment, at the discretion of the doctor or equipment that attends him, up to the prescribed Hospital Center up to the limit of \u20ac 1,000.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If you\u2019ve hired your forfait WITHOUT insurance.<\/strong> In the event of an accident, you will not have any insurance included and you must inform your insurer, federation or take care of all the costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"1986\">Conduct in the Park<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2588\">\n<li data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2069\"><strong data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"1999\">Speed.<\/strong> Adjust your speed to match your skill level and terrain conditions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2148\"><strong data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2087\">Overtaking.<\/strong> Overtake with caution and notify the cyclist ahead of you.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2149\" data-end=\"2219\"><strong data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2161\">Stops.<\/strong> Stop only in designated areas and outside the circuits.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2220\" data-end=\"2313\"><strong data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2234\">Respect.<\/strong> Show respect to other users and avoid any behavior that may endanger others.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2314\" data-end=\"2588\"><strong data-start=\"2316\" data-end=\"2333\">Prohibitions:<\/strong>\n<ul data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2588\">\n<li data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2411\">Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2414\" data-end=\"2463\">Riding in the wrong direction is not allowed.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2466\" data-end=\"2515\">Damaging facilities or signage is prohibited.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2518\" data-end=\"2588\">Filming or taking photos for commercial purposes is not permitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2590\" data-end=\"2628\">Enjoyment of the Activity Clause<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2629\" data-end=\"2701\">The activity is considered fully enjoyed from the moment the customer:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"3496\">\n<li data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2917\"><strong data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2732\">Accesses the facilities.<\/strong> Once the customer arrives at the designated meeting point and begins receiving instructions from the guide or monitor, the activity is deemed to have started and, therefore, enjoyed.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2918\" data-end=\"3114\"><strong data-start=\"2920\" data-end=\"2944\">Begins the activity.<\/strong> For activities taking place outside our facilities, the activity is considered enjoyed from the moment the customer starts participating under the guide\u2019s supervision.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3115\" data-end=\"3352\"><strong data-start=\"3117\" data-end=\"3138\">Fails to show up.<\/strong> If the customer does not arrive at the scheduled time and location without prior notice and a justified reason, it will be understood that they have forfeited the activity, which will be considered as completed.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3353\" data-end=\"3496\"><strong data-start=\"3355\" data-end=\"3383\">Interrupts the activity.<\/strong> If the customer decides to stop the activity once it has begun for personal reasons, no refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3498\" data-end=\"3522\">Weather Conditions<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3523\" data-end=\"3770\">Activities take place regardless of weather conditions, as long as they do not pose a safety risk to participants. In case of adverse weather conditions that prevent the safe execution of the activity, the customer will be offered the option to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3771\" data-end=\"3934\">\n<li data-start=\"3771\" data-end=\"3853\"><strong data-start=\"3773\" data-end=\"3801\">Reschedule the activity.<\/strong> At no additional cost, provided conditions allow.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3854\" data-end=\"3934\"><strong data-start=\"3856\" data-end=\"3891\">Switch to a different activity.<\/strong> If alternative activities are available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3936\" data-end=\"3956\">Responsibility<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3957\" data-end=\"4268\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"3957\" data-end=\"4114\"><strong data-start=\"3959\" data-end=\"3968\">Risk.<\/strong> Mountain biking is an extreme sport.
