Introduction<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These General Terms regulate the purchase of tickets, participation in activities, rental of sports equipment, and accommodation services offered by <\/span><b>Centro Vacacional Irisarri de Igantzi S.L.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with registered office at Barrio Irisarri 1, 31790 Igantzi, Navarra, VAT number B71077614, hereinafter referred to as \u201cIrriSarri Land\u201d, through its website<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.irrisarriland.com\"> <b>www.irrisarriland.com<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. <\/strong><b>Acceptance of the conditions<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The use of the website and the completion of any purchase imply full acceptance of these General Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3. Purpose<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These General Terms regulate the purchase of products and services offered by IrriSarri Land, including but not limited to:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Park entrance tickets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bike park tickets <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complementary activities (zip-lines, tree climbing, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bicycle and sports equipment rental<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accommodation services<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>4. Price and payment method<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prices may change without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accepted payment methods will be those indicated on the website at any given time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>5. Purchase procedure<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To make a purchase, the user must follow the steps indicated on the website. Once the purchase is completed, the user will receive a confirmation by email.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>6. Modification of conditions<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IrriSarri Land reserves the right to modify these General Terms at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>7. <\/strong><b>Language<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These General Terms are written in Spanish, and the purchase process will be carried out in that language.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>8. Liability<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IrriSarri Land undertakes to provide the contracted services with due diligence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user is responsible for their own safety and must follow the instructions of IrriSarri Land staff at all times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IrriSarri Land is not liable for damages caused by non-compliance with the rules of use and safety by the user.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>9. Activities and services<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Adventure activities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Participation requires compliance with age and physical condition requirements as set out in the rules of use and safety.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>By accepting the terms and conditions, the user exempts IrriSarri Land from liability.<\/li>\n<li><b>Sports equipment rental<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: The user is responsible for the rented equipment until it is returned in perfect condition. In case of loss or damage, the user must pay its replacement value.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Accommodation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Specific conditions will be detailed in the relevant information.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>10. Changes and refunds<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For tickets, complementary activities, camps, and special events: no changes or refunds are allowed.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accommodation: subject to the particular conditions of the service and the chosen rate.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are linked to a specific date or period (art. 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>11. Claims<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users may submit complaints via email: <\/span><b>experiencias@irrisarriland.com<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>12. Data protection<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data will be processed in accordance with IrriSarri Land\u2019s privacy policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>13.
