The Lessee must deposit a security deposit of 200 euros in cash or by credit card at the time of signing the contract. This deposit will serve as a guarantee to cover any potential damages, losses, or deterioration of the bicycle and its accessories during the rental period.
The deposit will be refunded to the Lessee at the end of the rental period after inspecting the condition of the bicycle. If any damages have occurred, the corresponding amount for repairs or replacement of damaged parts will be deducted from the deposit.
If the damages exceed the deposited amount, the remaining balance must be paid.
